When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving OTP messages. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with or used by any other person.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. 100ph will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC): Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie confirmation. The name on your ID must match the name on your registered 100ph account.
All financial transactions on 100ph — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No other currency is accepted or disbursed.
Supported payment channels include Philippine bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, and compatible local e-wallets. Payment method availability is displayed in your account panel and may change over time. 100ph does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or third-party payment arrangements as funding methods.
Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in your account's withdrawal section and are subject to change.

Slot games and fish games use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Each result is statistically independent — previous results have no influence on future outcomes. No pattern, system, or external intervention can predict or alter a game result.
Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the real-world events on which the bets are placed. 100ph reserves the right to void bets placed on events where errors in odds or market information occurred, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, use automation software, or manipulate game or betting outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

100ph reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
100ph is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gaming on our platform should be treated as entertainment. No game on 100ph guarantees a financial return, and no system or strategy can reliably overcome the inherent randomness of our games or the margins built into sports betting markets.

100ph provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform uptime and game integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may occasionally affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100ph shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, or unauthorised account access caused by your own negligence.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 100ph reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found and you choose to close your account voluntarily, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

100ph may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or via the mobile number associated with your account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
